Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Fresh ID Products GmbH and Fluid Branding Ireland Limited

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the majority stake acquisition of the fresh id products group (“fresh id products”) by Fluid Branding Ireland Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Brand Revolution LLC.

fresh id products group is an international group of companies within the advertising industry, comprising fresh id products GmbH (Nuremberg), fresh id products Berlin GmbH, fresh id products Limited (UK), and fresh id products Limited (HK). The group specializes in the design, development, and production of innovative and high-quality promotional items and serves a portfolio of renowned customers. Since its founding in Hong Kong in 2013 by partners Marc Huff and Sebastian Fiedler, the group has continued to expand, establishing multiple subsidiaries and now operating with 25 employees across Berlin, Nuremberg, London, and Hong Kong.

Brand Revolution, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is an international marketing and creative agency specializing in connecting brands with their target groups. The company’s global team of 200 employees is present in 11 countries worldwide and works with companies of all sizes—including major global brands—to develop and execute strategy, design, content, events, and merchandising.

With the acquisition of the fresh id products group, Brand Revolution expects to continue its growth trajectory while expanding its presence in Germany and internationally. The strong cultural fit and aligned goals between the two companies will generate synergies and enable Brand Revolution to benefit from the expertise of fresh id products’ management team, who will remain on board going forward.

Following the acquisition of Brilliant Social Media Ltd. in April 2025, the transaction with fresh id products group marks the second deal Benchmark International has supported with Brand Revolution as a buyer.
