Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Trident Lifting Solutions Ltd and Statom Group Ltd

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of leading tower crane hire specialist, Trident, by Statom.

Trident is a specialist crane service provider to the construction industry, providing turnkey tower crane solutions including hire & sales, lifting teams, compliance auditing, and lifting accessories.

Statom is a leading provider of RC frames, demolition, remediation, enabling, and groundworks across the UK.

The strategic move not only enhances Statom’s foothold in the construction sector but also integrates Trident's substantial £19 million turnover into Statom’s £144 million revenue for the 2022/2023 financial year. The acquisition also brings exclusive UK dealership rights for Comansa Tower Cranes ranging from 8 to 90 tons.

Post sale Trident will remain under the guidance of its current directors Chris Conway and Graeme Boyle.
