Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Imagine Ireland Limited and The Travel Chapter Ltd

Benchmark International is delighted to announce the acquisition of Imagine Ireland by Travel Chapter.

Imagine Ireland, established in 2003, manages self-catering holiday cottages across Ireland.

Based in Bideford, Travel Chapter works with holiday home owners to showcase a portfolio of properties across the UK.

As a result of the acquisition, Imagine Ireland is now part of the Shamrock Cottages family, a portfolio company of Travel Chapter.

Shamrock Cottages offers a wide range of self-catering holiday accommodation to choose from throughout Ireland. With experience dating back to 1979, Shamrock Cottages is perfectly placed to take on Imagine Ireland’s portfolio of holiday cottages.

Alex Forshaw, associate director at Benchmark International, said: "We are delighted to have successfully finalised the deal between Imagine Ireland and Travel Chapter. Our primary focus was to ensure the legacy of Imagine Ireland for the shareholder, and we have achieved this goal through this transaction."
