Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between IPM Environmental Services Limited and Tyro Group

Benchmark International is pleased to announce the acquisition of IPM to Tyro Group.
IPM is an Irish pest control and environmental service provider established in 2012 by Eamonn and Brenda Kennedy. It specialises in providing customised pest control solutions for a broad blue-chip client base, primarily within the pharmaceutical industries.
Tyro Group is a European pest management group that consists of pest management companies in the UK, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The group's companies provide pest control services to a variety of sectors including residential, food manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. It is majority owned by a fund managed by Norvestor.
The transaction has enabled Tyro Group to expand its self-delivered pest control services across Ireland, benefiting its existing customers and providing a strong platform for future expansion.
