Benchmark International Successfully Facilitated the Transaction Between Fleming Mcgillivray & Co Limited and fscom Limited

Benchmark International is delighted to announce the acquisition of London-based Fleming Mcgillivray (t/a FMConsult) by Belfast-based fscom.
Founded in 2004 by Jim Fleming and Dallas McGillivray, FMConsult is a financial services consultancy, specialising in risk and compliance solutions for clients in the UK asset management sector.
fscom is a leading consultancy providing governance, risk, and compliance solutions to financial services institutions in the UK and Ireland.
fscom said the acquisition will facilitate the expansion of its consulting capabilities, positioning it for accelerated growth within the financial services market.
Andy Hicks, managing director of FMConsult, said: "Through fscom, FMConsult now has the potential to provide both existing and future clients with the opportunity to access a multi-disciplinary team of experts across regulatory compliance, financial crime and cyber security to supplement its experienced industry experts in delivering outstanding client solutions.
