Brian grew up in the small town of Brock, Texas, just west of Fort Worth. He was raised in a working-class family and learned early that discipline, grit, and personal accountability are non-negotiable if you want a successful outcome. He joined the U.S. Army to build upon those skills, serving for eight years with Special Ops, and later carried his high standards into business. After his military service, he earned his Bachelor's degree in business and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University. Over the past two decades, has built, owned, and led multiple companies while advising more than 1,600 business owners across the U.S. and Canada. He has helped business owners increase profitability, strengthen operations, and has guided many through successful, confident business exits.
